Why is your furniture so good value?
Because you don't pay
the middle man. We either make our own models or buy from the
fellow manufacturer direct.
I'm a little apprehensive about buying furniture online. Why
should I buy from you?
Very
simple: 1 - We're a UK registered Limited company and have been
trading online for more than 5 years. 2 - Your payment is
protected by your issue bank 3 - You can return your order if you
don't like it and get a full refund. Please contact us about this

Where does your products get made?
Most of our products
are designed in Germany by AG Design and 90% of our Furniture is
made in our Workshop at Aegean Seaside of Turkey

do you deliver?
We deliver to Mainland UK, most areas
in Germany and Turkey
Nationwide. Please contact us for other destinations.
When do you deliver?
Products in stock are
delivered immediately (most destinations within 5 - 10 working
days)
Made to order products are delivered according to completion.
Do you have a assembly service?
We only have assembly service
for bespoke furniture orders upon request.
How can I place an order?
You can place your
order online, over the telephone and by fax.
What are the payment options?
We accept credit-debit
cards, Bank Transfers and Cheques.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can
collect your order upon an appointment from our warehouse in West
Midlands.
What Type of guarantee do I get?
Most of our new
product comes with 2 , 3 or 5 years guarantee.
Do you have a finance facility?
No, we dont have
finance facility. However you can make your payment plan for made
to order products.
How can I change / cancel my order?
You can change
your order according to nature of the product. Most of
cancellations are subject to a 5% fee.
What if I don't like the product received?
You can return
your order according to our return & refund policy within 10 days
of arrival
Can I change the colour / size / type of the model I like?
Yes; for most of
made to order products. However it's not possible on bedroom
suites and similar products. Please contact us if unsure.
Can You Make Something Special I want For My House?
Yes; if you do
have a special design or scheme in your mind we can discuss your
special orders or requests.
