2 years product guarantee is
free and does not affect your statutory rights.
All
new products are under 2 years manufacturers workmanship warranty unless
otherwise clearly stated.

years guarantee does not apply to clearance, used and ex-display
products.
These products will be supplied with 3 months warranty unless otherwise
stated.
Some products can be exempt from this warranty partially or completely due
to their nature.
This will be clearly stated on invoices or product descriptions
What is Under Warranty?
2 years warranty will cover the skeleton, frame, legs and filling
materials on all upholstered products.
External cover and loose covers under 1 years standard warranty.
2
years warranty will cover, assembly materials, frame, legs and skeleton on
flat packed furniture.
Covering materials, veneer, paint and glass parts will be under 1 year
standard warranty
Under general rules; dents, scratches, misused and faults caused by wrong
assembly will affect your warranty.
This may invalidate the product warranty as well.
